Member Types*

Full Member

Membership fee is $100 + $20 for website exhibit.

Full member must be of Chinese origin by birth; actively licensed or has been licensed with good standing under the Real Estate Services Act of BC; and subject to approval by the Board. Only actively licensed Full Member has voting right.

Associate Member (non-voting)*

Membership fee is $100 + $20 for website exhibit.

An Associate Member is not of Chinese origin by birth; actively licensed with good standing under the Real Estate Services Act of BC and subject to approval by the Board. Grandfather rules applied to Associate Members who registered before Dec 2010.

Affiliate Member (non-voting)*

Membership fee is $250 for a term of 5 years+ $20 website exhibit.

Any person working in a profession related to the real estate trade, interested in joining the CREPA for an acceptable reason and subject to approval by the Board. There is no Life Membership for this category. Renewal application of membership will be reassessed and approved by the Board.
